About Richard T. Davies

Attorney Richard T. Davies was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. He has lived in the Boston area, and more recently on Cape Cod, for the past 14 years. A former song writer, musician and record producer, Richard is a graduate of the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and the New England School of Law, Boston, MA, where he was an associate editor of the New England Journal of International and Comparative Law.

After working for several South Shore law firms, Attorney Davies joined the Law Office of William M. Yates, where he heads up the civil litigation department of the firm handling cases involving Consumer Protection (Chapter 93A), Personal Injury (automobile, motorcycle, & aircraft accidents), Real Estate and Business Contract disputes. Attorney Davies has a broad range of experience in Massachusetts State and Federal District courts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association and the Barnstable County Bar Association.
